In this self-paced online program you will learn to:
- Build meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities, and organisations
- Attract, develop, and retain Indigenous talent
- Protect your brand from cultural risk and misunderstanding
- Lead confident conversations about race, privilege, and inequity
- Develop and champion effective Reconciliation Action Plans
- Turn awareness into positive, practical action
- Create culturally safe, inclusive workplaces

Program Structure
- 16–20 hours self-paced online learning (10 weeks)
- Interactive video modules with Aunty Munya & Carla
- Reflective exercises to check understanding
- Final 1–2 hour assessment project

Accreditation Inclusions
On successful completion of the program, Evolve will provide:
