Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people partnering with Partnering With The Australian Department of Environment and Energy play a key role in protecting and managing Australia’s environment, heritage and energy resources.

They are important partners in the Department of Environment and Energy business. Culturally aware staff are essential to delivering culturally competent services and to create a culturally safe and inclusive workplace.

Evolve is thrilled to partner with the Department to co-design, deliver and facilitate its cultural capability framework. The framework, designed for the 2700 Departmental staff, is integrated and builds on the Departments eLearning program (CORE) and includes face-to face programs for:

• General staff – Foundation Program
• Senior Leaders
• Managers and Supervisors
• Engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander communities and peoples; and
• Formulating policy or deliver outcomes that may impact on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
